How Atomik Growth increased Henrique Dubugras' average YouTube views by 268% in 1.5 months
HDinHD is Henrique Dubugras' podcast, featuring raw, unfiltered conversations with exceptional leaders and operators. Atomik Growth overhauled the show's packaging, guest research, production, and distribution to increase average YouTube viewership by 268% in 1.5 months.

When HDinHD needed stronger discoverability and a more scalable distribution engine, Atomik Growth took over the full content system - from visual identity and episode packaging to guest research, trailers, shorts, newsletters, and long-form clips. The result was a substantially stronger audience-growth engine without adding work to Henrique's team.
The challenge
HDinHD launched with a previous agency, but inconsistent execution limited the show's discoverability. Episodes averaged roughly 2,500 views, branding and artwork were generic rather than tailored to individual episodes, and Henrique's team still had to write and manage much of the social distribution themselves. The previous agency also accidentally deleted the YouTube home feed, sharply reducing the podcast's visibility.
The solution
Atomik Growth became HDinHD's end-to-end content and distribution partner. We rebuilt the show's brand and YouTube presence, strengthened the editorial process with deep guest research, handled production and guest communications, and created a repeatable multi-platform distribution system so Henrique's team could stay focused on the conversations.
Our strategy
Rebrand and rebuild the channel
We redesigned the HDinHD brand, created episode-specific thumbnails, and completed a full YouTube-channel revamp that better reflected the quality of the conversations.
Research guests for better hooks
Our research team identified the highest-impact questions from guests' past appearances, helping create stronger moments for the episode and its distribution.
Operate production and guest communications
We handled pre-production communication, guest logistics, release timelines, reviews, and reshare coordination.
Test, distribute, and repurpose
We A/B tested titles and thumbnails, created trailers, shorts, newsletters, and long-form clips, then distributed them across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and the newsletter.
Localize proven content
We dubbed a long-form clip in Spanish to reach HDinHD's large Spanish-speaking audience.
